Join us tomorrow for GIRL'S PROJECT - a space to hang out, get creative, try new things and make friends.

Come along, bring your ideas and meet new people in a relaxed friendly space - open to all girls and young women aged 11+

🎶✨ MUSIC, FUN & FAMILY TIME for all 5 - 12's with SEND & their families ✨🎶

Come along for a fun, relaxed and welcoming music session where you can explore music, get creative, delivered by professional music makers & our Youth Work Team! 🎵🥁🎤

The session will be led by West of England Music and Arts (WEMA) alongside our friendly Youth Workers — so come along, join in at your own pace and enjoy making music together. 🌈

Come along to our Music Tech Session for 13 – 18 year olds with SEND and get creative with music, sounds and technology!

Ready to try something new, have some fun and meet new people? 💜
Join us Wednesday 26 August for a fun and welcoming circus workshop with expert tutor Steph and our friendly Youth Work Team! 🎪

Have a go at:
🤹‍♀️ Juggling
⭕ Diabolo
🌈 Hula hoop
🌀 Poi
🎭 And lots of other ground-based circus skills!

No experience needed - just come along, give things a go and have a laugh! 🙌

There’ll also be arts & crafts, plenty of time to chill out, socialise and make new friends. 💕🎨

A seven week program of Guided Wellbeing Walks and meditation wellbeing
and Reiki run by Violeta from A Touch Of Wellness. These walks are designed
to support your physical and mental well-being by getting out in nature. After
the walk you will have an opportunity to have a chat and a cuppa! With an
optional guided mindfulness practice - Over 18s only. Join us for Tea, coffee,
biscuits and a chat after the walk!
