Inflation is rising again, and once more it’s ordinary working people who are paying the price. Under the Labour Government, food bills are higher, energy costs are climbing, and savings are being eaten away month by month.

Instead of getting inflation under control, Labour keeps spending without a clear plan, leaving families to deal with the consequences at the checkout and on their energy bills. Promises don’t pay bills. Competent economic management does, and right now it’s sorely lacking.

Prices are climbing again. Inflation is at its highest point in 18 months. That means the weekly shop costs more, fuel costs more, and family budgets are being stretched even further.

Why? Because Labour taxed jobs, ramped up borrowing, and created a £50 billion black hole. Instead of fixing the problem, they’ve made it worse. Families and pensioners are being punished for Labour’s mistakes, while Rachel Reeves plots more taxes on homes, savings, and pensions.

Only Conservatives have a serious plan to cut spending, so we live within our means and lower taxes.
