📢 ACTION DELIVERED IN GARRETTS GREEN ✅

Residents spoke up, signed a petition, and action has been taken.

🎥 CCTV has now been installed at the Meadway fly-tipping hotspot following concerns raised by local residents.

🚫 The camera has already captured evidence of offenders, with investigations now underway.

This is a clear example of what can be achieved when our community comes together and demands change.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who signed the petition, reported incidents and supported this campaign.

📍 I will continue pushing for action at other fly-tipping hotspots across Garretts Green.

No family should be left without a secure place to call home 🏠

That’s why this Labour Government is investing nearly £10 billion to help councils, housing associations and local partners build more than 70,000 new social and affordable homes across England.

This will help families out of temporary accommodation and people stuck on housing waiting lists.

📢 Resident Update: Radleys Park, Garretts Green

Following concerns regarding the traveller encampment at Radleys Park, I requested an urgent update from Birmingham City Council and partner agencies.

✅ Welfare checks have been completed.

✅ West Midlands Police are aware of the situation.

✅ Council officers have attended the site and served notices on approximately 30 vehicles.

✅ Eviction action has been arranged for Friday morning.

🤝 I understand the concerns this situation has caused within our community. Please be assured that the relevant agencies are working together and taking appropriate action to address the matter.

📝 Thank you to everyone who brought this issue to my attention. I will continue to monitor developments and keep residents informed of any significant updates.
