Did you know we hold regular Out & About sessions across our communities? 👋

These sessions give you, our residents, the chance to speak to us about any questions, feedback or issues you may have.

Colleagues from a range of teams are there to chat in person, because we understand that sometimes it’s easier to talk face-to-face.

We know how important it is for people living in our schemes to have a familiar, friendly face they can turn to whenever they need support. Greg is one of the many colleagues who make that happen. 🏘️

A little jet wash really does make a difference! 🌟

Our Grounds Maintenance colleagues have been out and about refreshing our communities, and this time they’ve been busy in Warrington.

They’ve planted new shrubs, cut back ivy and given the pathways a clean using no chemicals, all to help our outdoor spaces feel brighter, safer and more welcoming for everyone. 🏘️

We’re really pleased with how this area has turned out.

We’ve recently completed the replacement of roofs on 73 homes across our Runcorn estate, as part of our ongoing work to improve our homes and communities. 🧱

These upgrades help make homes warmer, more energy‑efficient and more secure for the people who live here. This project is one part of our wider investment across our neighbourhoods.

We’re committed to making sure more people have a safe place to call home, and we’ll keep sharing updates as more works are completed. 🏘️

Our resident Peter, who lives at our retirement living scheme Willow Barns in Stoke-on-Trent, celebrated his 90th birthday over the weekend with fellow residents, family and colleagues.

Peter is one of our bingo callers and a friendly, familiar face to many at Willow Barns. And we think his cake was perfectly suited to his role! 🎱🍰

Thank you what's happening in Wigan for coming along to see our brand‑new, purpose‑built foyer, Lock 20 in Wigan! 🏠

Supporting our younger residents is so important to us. Making sure they have a safe place to call home goes beyond bricks and mortar, it’s about giving them the space to grow, learn, and live independently.

We’re proud to have four foyers across the North West, supporting those aged 16 - 25 years old. 👏

With brighter days and warmer weather on the way, now’s a good time to give your home a quick "spring" check. 🌻

You should:
- Test your smoke alarms
- Open windows when you can
- Check air vents & extractor fans
- Look out for any issues

If you spot anything that needs repairing, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
