A huge THANK YOU to everyone who nominated someone for 100 Faces of Bexley! ❤️
We’ve been completely blown away by the response and have almost doubled our original quota! What an incredible reflection of the amazing people in our borough. 🥰

Nominations are officially CLOSED (although we know a few cheeky extra ones are still sneaking through! 😉).

And we have exciting news… our book launch has been postponed to 4th March 2027 — World Book Day! 📖✨ As this book will become a lasting historical record of the people who make Bexley special, we couldn’t think of a more fitting day to launch it.

Thank you, Bexley. We really couldn’t do this without you. 💙

What an incredible response! We want to say a huge thank you to everyone across the borough who has taken the time to nominate someone for our 100 Faces of Bexley community project.

We have been inundated with AMAZING nominations, and we are so grateful for the love, support and involvement our community has shown. 🥰

This project is all about celebrating the faces we know, the people who make a difference in our everyday lives, and the local heroes whose stories often go unrecognised. From familiar faces to quiet community characters, every nomination helps us shine a light on what makes Bexley so special. ❤️

📖 We are no longer accepting nominations as we now begin the selection process for the 100 finalists who will feature in the final book.

We cannot wait to share the finished book with you and introduce you to the incredible people who make up our community.
