Update from Cllr Bosomworth:
I recently represented the Parish Council at a Local Care Partnership meeting in Wetherby. There were two presentations that I thought might be of interest, especially to anyone who feels that they need help and/or is feeling lonely.
The first was from Wetherby's Community Cafe and Advice Hub which opens every Friday 10am - 12 noon in St James' Church Room, Church Street, Wetherby. I understand that everyone is welcome to drop in for refreshments and to chat to friends. A Leeds City Councillor is there most weeks as is the Wetherby and District Foodbank. Appointments can be made for advice/help with job hunting, money matters, legal, health and wellbeing and learning.
The second was from Wetherby Library who sent me the summary below of their presentation:
