✨As part of Positive Ageing month✨ we are collaborating with Chris McNeilly from the Centre for Independent Living NI to share his knowledge and experience on all things Direct payments. 👩‍💼👨‍💼 The hour long session will include informative insights into direct payments and an opportunity for a Q&A at the end. ⁉️

Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded of the importance of connection, compassion, and reaching out for support.

Many people experience periods of loneliness, stress, poor mental health, or overwhelming life challenges. A simple conversation, a listening ear, or a small act of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

At Dots, we understand emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Through one to one support we can offer companionship visits, assisted outings into the local community to get errands, attend local groups or attend appointments. Our priority is to improve our clients overall health and wellbeing.

If you are struggling, or if you're concerned about someone you know, remember that support is available and you do not have to face things alone.
