For this edition of our Customer Shoutout series we spoke with Glenda Young - Author, who has been a loyal Helloprint customer ever since her first novel got published in 2016 and she needed a banner to promote it. 📖 Since then she has become a bestselling author and published 8 books in 2 different genres - dramatic sagas and cosy crimes. What an achievement! 🤩
She found out about us through an author friend and has recommended our products to other colleagues as well. 🤝 “It’s easy to order and the staff is very friendly and helpful more than anything, because I’m not a designer” she told us.
Her strategy of making a new banner every time she publishes a new book, to showcase the strong cover art at events, has landed her with a collection she proudly presents with a big smile on her face. A human-sized album of memories if you will. And the trick of printing bookmarks and handing them out for free to local bookstores for extra visibility or using them as icebreakers with fans at events is very smart! 👍
