• Strategy: Safeguarding the endangered existence of the ethnic group and protecting the Irob language and culture from extinction to ensure they are passed down to future generations.

ጻውዒት ንናጽነትን ሕውየትን

ሓደ ህዝቢ ካብ ታሪኽ ክሳብ መጻኢ ዘለዎ ቀጻልነት ዝረጋገጽ ብመሬታዊ ትሕዞ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ፣ ብውሽጣዊ መንነቱ እዩ። ህዝቢ ኢሮብ ናይ ገዛእ ርእሱ ፍሉይ ሕብረ-ቀለም ዘለዎ ጥንታዊ ህዝቢ ከም ምዃኑ መጠን፣ እዚ ዝስዕብ ዓሚቕ ፍልስፍናዊ መትከላት ሒዝና ክንቃለስ ይግባእ፦
፩. ስነ-ፍልጠት መንነት፦ "መንነት ከም ዓንዲ ሕቆ"
ከምቲ ማርቲን ሓይደገር (Heidegger) ዝበሎ፣ ቋንቋ "ገዛ ህልውና" (the language is house of being) እዩ። ቋንቋን ባህልን ኢሮብ ተራ መግለጺታት ዘይኮኑስ፣ እቲ ህዝቢ ዓለም ዝርእየሉ መነጽር እዮም። መንነትና ክጠፍእ ከሎ፣ ህልውናና ይሃስስ። ስለዚ፣ እቲ ኣብ ምጥፋእ ዘሎ መንነት ዝሕከመሉን ዝምለሰሉን "ፖለቲካዊ መድረኽ" እዩ።
፪. ስነ-ልቦናዊ ናጽነት፦ ካብ ተጸባይነት ናብ ወሳንነት:
ሓደ ህዝቢ ኣብ ናይ ገዛእ ርእሱ ጉዳይ ባዕሉ ክውስን እንተዘይክኢሉ፣ "ናይ ታሪኽ ተዓዛቢ" ጥራይ ኮይኑ ይተርፍ። ስነ-ልቦናዊ ሓርነት ማለት "ብዓይኒ ካልኦት ንነብስኻ ምርኣይ" ምቁራጽ እዩ። ኢሮብ ማብሎ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ፓርቲ፣ ህዝቢ ኢሮብ ናይ ገዛእ ርእሱ ወሳኒ (Subject) ኮይኑ፣ ኣብ ከባቢያዊ ይኹን ሃገራዊ ፖለቲካ ብናጻ ድሌቱ ክሳተፍ ዘኽእል ስነ-ልቦናዊ ሓይሊ ንምህናጽ ይቃለስ።
፫. ውሕስነት ድሕንነት፦ "ሓባራዊ ቃልሲ ንሓባራዊ ረብሓ"
ኣብ ዓለም ፍትሒ ብትምኒት ጥራይ ኣይመጽእን። ፍትሒ ብውዳበን ብሓይልን እዩ ዝረጋገጽ። "ሓደ ኰይንካ እንተዘይተቓሊስካ፣ በብውልቂ ክትጠፍእ ግድን እዩ" ዝብል ፍልስፍናዊ ሓቂ ኣሎ። ረብሓን ድሕንነትን ህዝቢ ኢሮብ ዝረጋገጽ፣ እቲ ህዝቢ ብሓባር ቆይሙ "ነብሰ-ምክልኻል" (Self-preservation) ክፈጥር ከሎ እዩ።
፬. ዲሞክራሲ ከም መሳርሒ ፍትሒ:
ዲሞክራሲ ንዓና ድምጺ ንዘይብሎም ድምጺ ዝኾነሉ፣ ውሑዳን ኣብ ማእከል ብዙሓን ድምጾም ዝስማዓሉ ፍልስፍናዊ መሳርሒ እዩ። ኢሮብ ማብሎ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ፓርቲ ነዚ መትከል እዚ ተኸቲሉ፣ ህዝቢ ኢሮብ ንሓባራዋ ረብሓ መንነትን ብሓደ ክቃለስን ህልውናኡ ከረጋግፂን ይቃለስ::

Formation of the IROB MABLO political party marks a pivotal moment for the Irob ethnic minority in Ethiopia's Tigray region. This development is long overdue, addressing decades of marginalization and the imminent threat of cultural assimilation faced by the Irob people. The party aims to provide a dedicated voice for the Irob community, ensuring their unique cultural identity, language, and interests are represented within the political landscape of Tigray and Ethiopia.

The Ethio-Eritrean War (1998-2000) and subsequent border demarcation profoundly impacted the Irob ethnic minority, leading to civilian abductions and the division of their ancestral lands.
The Tigray regional government have failed to adequately support the Irob community, leading to critical issues such as the inability to use their native language in official court proceedings IROB MABLO will strive to rectify these historical injustices, advocating for linguistic rights, cultural preservation, and equitable resource allocation for the Irob people. This party is crucial for the survival of the Irob identity and will contribute to a more inclusive and representative political environment in Tigray and, by extension, Ethiopia. We call upon all Irobs, including the Irob Diaspora, and all applicable national and international bodies to stand in solidarity with the Irob people in their struggle for survival.

The cost of disunity

Disorganization strips a community of collective power and political agency, leaving it vulnerable to domination. Without political organization, a people remains only a cultural or ethnic group rather than a true political society capable of self-governance. The Irob community, despite its educated and skilled members, remains marginalized because it has failed to organize politically, resulting in denial of self-rule and the use of its language in official domains.
👉The central argument is stark: when an enlightened society remains disorganized, it is inevitably ruled by organized incompetence, and responsibility ultimately lies with the community itself for failing to institutionalize its collective strength.

ዘይተወደበ ህዝቢ ሓይሊ የብሉን፤ ኣብ ናይ ባዕሉ ዕድል ናይ ምውሳን መሰል እውን የብሉን። ህዝቢ ከይውደብ ዝደልዩ ኣካላት፣ ወይ ጭቁንነቱ ዝደልዩ ወይ ድማ ንረብሓኡ ግድ ዘይብሎም ጥራይ እዮም። ሓደ ሕብረተሰብ ብፖለቲካዊ መዋቅር እንተዘይተወዲቡ፣ ካብ ባህላውን ዓሌታውን ጥርናፈ ሓሊፉ "ዝማዕበለ ፖለቲካዊ ሕብረተሰብ" ክኸውን ኣይክእልን። ብተወሳኺ ንጭቆና ዝተመቻቸወ ሕብረተሰብ እዩ ዝኸውን።

The Irob Mablo Democratic Party (IMDP) is proud to announce that it has officially secured its provisional permit to operate as a political entity. This is a historic first step toward ensuring that the Irob people have a seat at the political table.

In political science, the transition from an informal movement to a provisionally licensed party is the most critical stage of Political Institutionalization. It allows us to:
1. Legally Organize: Mobilize our community under a recognized legal umbrella.
2. Prepare for the General Assembly: We are now in a high-intensity period of preparation for our founding congress to achieve full, permanent registration.
