It is with Sadness that I have to inform our group members that our dear gentleman Geoff passed away on August 15th.
Those that knew Geoff will remember him as being a true gent with a twinkle in his eye , a cheeky grin, a man with a wonderful sense of humor above all the best dance moves ever.
He is truly missed by us all at the Take 5 club, it was a pleasure & honour to have known you, fly high our friend ###x

Take 5 is a place that provides a safe & stimulating environment for those people living with dementia & in doing so provides some hours of respite for their carers.
Take 5 have extended services that provide Short term Respite Care in your own home,
We have had a lovely couple of weeks, new faces, the return of one of our lovely gents after a little break has made our week. The fabulous Superukes came to entertain us today, thank you so much Gladys Pilar Cummings Ian Cummings & friends . Everyone enjoyed a sing along including some special guests, Tea & cake to follow what more could we wish for, thanks to our fabulous baker Jane Morley who happens to make the best Carrot Cake ever!!

Take 5 are very happy to announce that we will be extending our respite care to your home.
Focus is on providing Carer's with up to 2 weeks respite, by caring for your loved one in their own famiar environment, reducing the stressors on you and more importantly on them.
This service of care can be extended to those who do not have Dementia depending on the outcome of a nursing assessment.

What a wonderful time we had last week at the Take 5 club🥰
Thanks to Javea Bridge Club we have a lovely airconditioned venue which is certainly a blessing right now!!
New faces & a wonderful afternoon with the Superukes, thank you so much for taking time to come & entertain us you are all fabulous xx
Of course we couldn't resist a little dance & sing along 🥰
