بدء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات الإدارية والمالية للسيدات المستفيدات من مشروع تطوير الحرف اليدوية ببنبان والمنصورية
بدأت، يوم الأحد الموافق 16 أغسطس 2026، فعاليات برنامج تدريبي علي المهارات الإدارية بمشاركة 20 متدربة من قريتي بنبان والمنصورية ويستمر التدريب لمدة 5 أيام، وذلك في إطار استكمال برنامج تطوير الحرف اليدوية، بهدف تنمية المهارات الإدارية والتنظيمية والمالية اللازمة لإدارة الوحدات الإنتاجية بكفاءة ونجاح.
ويستهدف البرنامج تأهيل السيدات المستفيدات من الوحدات الإنتاجية، بعد اكتسابهن المهارات الفنية المتخصصة في عدد من مجالات الحرف اليدوية، من بينها الخوص والعرجون والجلود والكروشيه، بما يسهم في تعزيز قدرتهن على إدارة مشروعاتهن والوحدات الإنتاجية بصورة أكثر فاعلية واستدامة.
ويتضمن التدريب مجموعة من المحاور المهمة، تشمل المهارات التنظيمية والمالية وإدارة المخزون والتسويق، بما يساعد المتدربات على اكتساب المعارف والمهارات العملية اللازمة للتخطيط والإدارة ومتابعة عمليات الإنتاج والتسويق.
ويأتي تنفيذ التدريب ضمن أنشطة مشروع تطوير الحرف اليدوية بقرى بنبان والمنصورية والرقبة، الذي تنفذه مؤسسة رؤية الحياة للتنمية المجتمعية، بتمويل من جمعية مستثمري الطاقة الشمسية ببنبان، وذلك في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز قدرات السيدات المستفيدات، ورفع كفاءتهن الإدارية بما يدعم استدامة الوحدات الإنتاجية وتطوير مشروعات الحرف اليدوية بالقرى المستهدفة.
Launch of a Training Program to Develop the Administrative and Financial Skills of Women Beneficiaries of the Handicrafts Development Project in Benban and Al-Mansouria
Yesterday, Sunday, August 16, 2026, a training program on administrative skills was launched with the participation of 20 trainees from the villages of Benban and Al-Mansouria. The training will continue for five days as part of the Handicrafts Development Program, aiming to develop the administrative, organizational, and financial skills necessary for managing production units efficiently and successfully.
The program aims to qualify women beneficiaries of the production units after they have acquired specialized technical skills in several handicraft fields, including palm-leaf crafts, date-palm frond crafts, leatherwork, and crochet. This contributes to enhancing their ability to manage their projects and production units more effectively and sustainably.
The training covers several key areas, including organizational, financial, inventory management, and marketing skills, helping trainees acquire the practical knowledge and skills needed for planning, management, and monitoring production and marketing processes.
The training is implemented as part of the Handicrafts Development Project in the villages of Benban, Al-Mansouria, and Al-Rogba, carried out by Ro’ya Al-Hayat Foundation for Community Development and funded by the Benban Solar Developers Association. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of women beneficiaries and enhance their administrative skills, supporting the sustainability of production units and the development of handicraft projects in the targeted villages.
