يفغيني بيلوف، مع سعادة اللواء هشام الحصري، نائب رئيس البرلمان العربي
وعضو مجلس النواب لجمهورية مصر العربية.
وأشاد الطرفان بنتائج زيارة وفد البرلمان العربي إلى بيلاروس في يوليو
2026. وتمّ تحديد خطوات عملية لتنفيذ الاتفاقات التي تمّ التوصل إليها خلال
الزيارة، بما في ذلك تطوير التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي، والتفاعل بين غرف
التجارة والصناعة، والمؤسسات التحليلية، وغيرها من الهيئات في بيلاروس
والدول العربية.
كما نوقشت إمكانية تعزيز الحوار البرلماني البيلاروسي المصري.

On August 19, 2026, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy in Egypt, Eugene
Belov, met with H.E. Hesham El-Hosary, Vice President of the Arab
Parliament and Member of the House of Representatives of the Arab
Republic of Egypt.
The parties positively assessed the results of the Arab Parliament
delegation’s visit to Belarus in July 2026. Specific steps to implement
the agreements reached during the visit, including on developing trade
and economic cooperation, interaction between chambers of commerce and
industry, analytical institutions, and other structures of Belarus and
Arab countries were outlined.
Potential for intensifying Belarusian-Egyptian interparliamentary
dialogue was also discussed.

From August 5 to 7, 2026, Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, paid an official visit to the Republic of Belarus.
During the visit, President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko received A.Attaf. The Sides discussed the implementation of the agreements reached following the Belarusian President’s visit to Algeria in December 2025. They also focused on the implementation of the Roadmap for the Development of Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
A meeting was held between Natalia Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. The heads of the foreign ministries of Belarus and Algeria also held tete-a-tete and extended talks. The Sides discussed areas for further joint work and planned events for the near future.
Ahmed Attaf also took part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the Victory Monument.

وخلال الزيارة، استقبل رئيس جمهورية بيلاروس، ألكسندر لوكاشينكو، أحمد عطاف. وناقش الجانبان تنفيذ الاتفاقيات التي تم التوصل إليها عقب زيارة الرئيس البيلاروسي إلى الجزائر في ديسمبر 2025. كما ركزا على تنفيذ خارطة طريق تطوير التعاون بين جمهورية بيلاروس والجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية.
وعُقد اجتماع بين ناتاليا كوتشانوفا، رئيسة مجلس الجمعية الوطنية لجمهورية بيلاروس، وأحمد عطاف، وزير الدولة، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج والشؤون الإفريقية للجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية. كما أجرى وزيرا خارجية بيلاروس والجزائر محادثات ثنائية وجها لوجه ومع وفدين. وناقش الجانبان مجالات العمل المشترك المستقبلي والفعاليات المزمع عقدها في المستقبل القريب.
كما شارك أحمد عطاف في مراسم وضع أكاليل الزهور عند نصب النصر التذكاري.

On August 2, 2026, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Belarusian Embassy in Egypt met with members of the National Committee for Governance of the Gaza Strip.
During the meeting, the Belarusian side shared information on the Republic of Belarus's experience in delivering humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
في 2 أغسطس 2026، عقد القائم بالأعمال بالإنابة بسفارة جمهورية بيلاروس لدى جمهورية مصر العربية، السيد يفغيني بيلوف، لقاءً مع أعضاء اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة قطاع غزة.
وخلال اللقاء، أطلع الجانب البيلاروسي الجانب الفلسطيني على تجربة جمهورية بيلاروس في إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى قطاع غزة.

قدّم صاحب الفخامة رئيس جمهورية بيلاروس ألكسندر لوكاشينكو تعازيه إلى صاحب الفخامة رئيس الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية عبد المجيد تبون في أعقاب حادث تحطم حافلة ركاب في ولاية بومرداس.
وأكد الرئيس أن جمهورية بيلاروس تلقت هذا النبأ ببالغ الحزن واشار ألكسندر لوكاشينكو: "في هذا الوقت الصعب الذي يمر به بلدكم، أتقدم إليكم، صاحب الفخامة، وإلى ذوي الضحايا وأقاربهم وإلى الشعب الجزائري الصديق بكلمات التعازي والدعم وأتمنى للمصابين الشفاء العاجل".
President of the Republic of Belarus H.E. Aleksandr Lukashenko sent his condolences to President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria H.E. Abdelmadjid Tebboune following the bus crash in Boumerdès Province.

The President stated that Belarus received the news with deep sorrow and added: "At this difficult time for your country, I extend my heartfelt condolences and support to Your Excellency, to the families of the victims and to the friendly Algerian people. I wish the injured a speedy recovery."

The annual seminar for heads of diplomatic and consular missions has kicked off in Minsk with 59 heads of missions participating.

The annual seminar program includes business meetings with senior representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and several Belarusian agencies, as well as with the heads of key government organizations.

Meetings with the leadership of the Belarusian Government are also planned. Bilateral meetings between the heads of Belarusian diplomatic missions and the heads of ministries, companies and exporting enterprises will also take place.

The central event of the annual seminar will also be the presentation of the book "Our President" in English, with the participation of the Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the publication's authors, and the heads of Belarusian missions abroad.

انطلقت في مينسك فعاليات الندوة السنوية لرؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية، بمشاركة 59 رئيس بعثة دبلوماسية.

يتضمن برنامج الندوة السنوية اجتماعات عمل مع كبار ممثلي اللجنة الاقتصادية الأوراسية، وغرفة التجارة والصناعة البيلاروسية، والعديد من الهيئات البيلاروسية، بالإضافة إلى رؤساء المؤسسات الحكومية الرئيسية.

كما يُخطط لعقد اجتماعات مع قيادة الحكومة البيلاروسية. وستُعقد أيضًا اجتماعات ثنائية بين رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية البيلاروسية ورؤساء الوزارات والشركات والمؤسسات التصديرية.

ويُعدّ الحدث الأبرز في الندوة السنوية تقديم كتاب "رئيسنا" باللغة الإنجليزية، بمشاركة وزير الخارجية البيلاروسي، ومؤلفي الكتاب، ورؤساء البعثات البيلاروسية في الخارج.

Today marks the 34th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Sultanate of Oman.

Over the years Belarus and Oman have built relations based on mutual respect, trust and a commitment to developing mutually beneficial cooperation. Bilateral political dialogue gained new impetus thanks to intensified contacts at the highest and highest levels.

Belarus confirms its interest in further expanding cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman in trade, economic, investment, industrial, agricultural, scientific, technical, tourism and humanitarian areas for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.

يحتفل اليوم الذكرى الرابعة والثلاثين لإقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين جمهورية بيلاروس وسلطنة عُمان.

على مرّ السنين بنت بيلاروس وعُمان علاقاتٍ راسخةً على الاحترام المتبادل والثقة والالتزام بتطوير تعاونٍ مثمرٍ للطرفين. وقد شهد الحوار السياسي الثنائي حافزا جديداً بفضل تكثيف التعاملات على أعلى المستويات.

وتؤكد بيلاروس رغبتها في توسيع نطاق التعاون مع سلطنة عُمان في مجالات التجارة والاقتصاد والاستثمار والصناعة والزراعة والعلوم والتكنولوجيا والسياحة المجالات الإنسانية بما يعود بالنفع على شعبي البلدين.
