🌍✨ RELAX Youth Exchange – Hamburg; Germany

Our empowerment journey continues in Hamburg as participants from 🇹🇷 & 🇮🇹 dive into powerful conversations and activities around emotions, emotional resilience, and intercultural understanding.

Through interactive workshops, reflection circles, and group activities, young people are learning how to:

💬 better understand and express their emotions
🌱 build emotional resilience and healthy coping skills
🤝 create meaningful connections across cultures
🌍 strengthen their intercultural competence and empathy

It has been inspiring to see participants share experiences, support one another, and grow together in a safe and engaging learning environment.

From morning connection walks to creative activities like vision boards and emotion mapping, every moment is helping participants build skills that will support their wellbeing and relationships long after the exchange ends.

We’re excited for the next days of learning, collaboration, and unforgettable memories!

We had a great and inspiring time at the “Networks in Bloom” Project Partnership Building Activity (PBA) meeting in Zaragoza.

The event focused on building new partnerships, exploring innovative methodologies, and developing practical skills to design projects that meaningfully integrate art, nature, and non-formal education.

This PBA was a valuable opportunity to:

🤝 Strengthen our networks and collaboration with like-minded organizations.

💡 Exchange professional insights and best practices on using art and nature to foster environmental awareness

🛠️ Develop concrete skills for designing inclusive, creative, and non-formal education projects

🚀 Lay the foundation for future collaborative initiatives that promote a more inclusive and equitable society

We truly appreciate all partners for their active participation, openness, and shared commitment. A special thanks goes to the organisers for creating such an excellent atmosphere for team building, learning, and growth.

We look forward to turning these connections and ideas into impactful projects together! 🌱✨

Join our latest cooking workshop with Fabio Costa, an enthusiast and lover of Brazilian cuisine.

Our Gemeinsames Kochen workshop invites participants from diverse cultural backgrounds to connect, share, and learn through the universal language of cooking. In a warm and welcoming environment, we prepare dishes together, exchange culinary traditions, and discover the stories and memories behind each recipe.

More than just a cooking class, this workshop is a platform for social integration – fostering conversation, teamwork, and mutual understanding. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a beginner in the kitchen, you’ll find joy in creating and enjoying a shared meal while building new friendships.

By the end of each session, participants not only take home new cooking skills and recipes but also a deeper appreciation of cultural diversity and a stronger sense of community.

This event is part of "Social Integration Hub" - a project designed to promote the integration of migrants in Hamburg. Through events like this, participants can learn new cultures, build connections, and increase their social capital.
