Day 2 - Ad hoc Czech-Filipino Court Interpreter.
Today, pumunta ako sa Rakovník, outside Prague, for the judge's decision regarding child custody. Sa hearing na ito, mas lalo kong naalala na ang pagmamahal ng isang ina ay tunay, walang kondisyon, at hindi matitinag.
Bilang Ad hoc Czech-Filipino court interpreter ng isang Pinay, nasaksihan ko ang kanyang lakas, katatagan, at malalim na pagmamahal sa kanyang anak. Kahit na 6 hours ang biyahe ko mula Brno, I felt fulfilled and grateful. Every challenge, every sacrifice, and every mile traveled was worth it.
I thank God for HIS guidance, wisdom, and protection. Grateful ako for the opportunity to serve and help support our fellow Filipinos here in the Czech Republic🙏🇨🇿🇵🇭.

Today was a challenging but fulfilling day. I took the train at 6:09 a.m. and was supposed to arrive in Prague at 8:58 a.m., but unfortunately, the train was delayed by 45 minutes. Since the 4-hour Adaptation and Integration Course was scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m., I immediately contacted the Integration Center to inform them about the delay.
As the Czech-Filipino interpreter for today's course, I felt responsible for making sure everything went smoothly. Thankfully, despite the delay, I arrived safely and was able to assist our fellow Filipinos throughout the program.
Congratulations to all the kababayans who attended the course today! It was a pleasure meeting and helping you.

Another successful 4-hour Adaptation and Integration Course in Ostrava! 🇵🇭🇨🇿
Today, I had the privilege of serving as a Czech-Filipino interpreter during the course. I truly enjoy helping our kababayans understand and navigate life here in the Czech Republic.
Even though I had to leave Brno at 4:30 a.m. to travel to Ostrava, it was all worth it. Meeting and assisting fellow Filipinos makes every journey meaningful.

Yesterday, I was in Ostrava (Moravian-Silesian Region) and today I traveled to Rakovník ( Central Bohemian Region) - another successful journey.
Today, I had the opportunity to help another Filipina mother who is fighting for her child in court as an Ad hoc Czech–Filipino court interpreter 🇵🇭🇨🇿. The hearing lasted 3 hours, and while interpreting for her, I could truly feel her pain, strength, and unconditional love as a mother.

Traveling 6 hours was all worth it to help our kababayan. I can now officially say that I’m becoming a true road warrior. 🚆🚘.

To all kababayans who are silently struggling right now - please hold on and never lose hope. I am here to be your voice and support you in any way I can. You are not alone in this fight 🙏❤️.

I want to share this experience today.
I handled a different kind of case involving a Filipina mother of two children who was fighting for her rights as a mother. The Child Protection Office called me to assist as a Czech–Filipino interpreter because of the language barrier.
To all our fellow Filipinos living here in the Czech Republic never be afraid to speak up, ask for help, and stand for your rights. Language should never stop anyone from being heard. I’m grateful that God is using me as an instrument and a voice for our kababayans in times like this.
