Hello, we are the owners of the popular George Seferi Street building. We understand the Erasmus Students and know first hand what they want and what they need and our goal is to provide the best service in town. A description of the wider services that we provide as Landlords is:

Location Location Location, we are situated in a unique location at 8, George Seferi Street 1076. We are in the middl

e between the University of Cyprus old campus (where you can take a free bus to the new campus) and Makarios Avenue (central road) which behind it lies the old town! Our 9 floor building provides breath taking view of the Nicosia city center. Reception on the ground floor working office hours (08:30-17:30) For all your needs, to report a problem, our staff are always delighted to help you. Central Internet Line with separate wi-fi router in every flat which is included in the price of the rent. Full furnished flats with all necessary electrical devices and appliances, moreover we understand that Erasmus people are here for a short term and sometimes on a limited budget therefore we provide in the flat everything they will need for their everyday life in their Accommodation, the flats come with equipment for the studets to use: Cutlery, Plates, Glasses, Cups, Bed sheets, pillows including all the necessary furniture to have a comfortable living while staying abroad. Personal Contact: Through the day, or even after the office hours there will always be someone in the building or near in case a medical emegency emerges or a problem that our tenants will not able to cope with and action will be taken swiftly.

Hello, we are delighted to post this new apartment in Engomi which is ideal for students in Univeristy of Nicosia and European University.

The apartments is around 45 square meters in size. It features a small veranda on the side, en-suite shower in the bedroom and covered garage. As you will notice the apartment is brand new and it will be furnished soon. The building is located in the Papafilipou area in Engomi (28 October street) and therefore it features many amenities nearby.
