The 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 successfully hosted a two-day community program packed with youth leadership, health education, and public service!

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:

• 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲: Reviewed the 2026 budget and planned innovative projects for 2027.

• 𝐢𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐎 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫: Learned about HIV awareness, teenage pregnancy prevention, and mental health.

• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: Handed out 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 and reproductive health materials to local youth.

• 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: Honored by a visit from 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐳𝐦𝐚𝐧.

The legislative session focused on transparency and future planning, featuring a detailed review of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and strategic implementations. Furthermore, the council proactively outlined upcoming priority programs and innovative 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 to ensure long-term community development.

As one of the main highlights of the event, the assembly spearheaded a 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 aimed at promoting public welfare. To celebrate Nutrition Month, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Payocpoc Sur, led by SK Officials and Youth volunteers, teamed up with the Barangay Officials to hold a feeding program. This is part of the government's ongoing effort to fight hunger and malnutrition.

This project is all about teaching kids and teens in our community how to eat healthy, stay active, and take care of their bodies.
