What to Do If You Missed Collecting Your GCE Certificate on Time

1️⃣ Don’t panic. Certificates are not destroyed immediately. They are safely kept at the GCE Board in Buea.

2️⃣ Know the policy. The GCE Board keeps certificates for many years, but it’s always better to collect them early to avoid difficulties.

3️⃣ How to collect late. If you are collecting long after graduation, go to the GCE Board Office in Buea with:

Your National ID Card or a valid identification

Your Results Slip or Examination number

Money to pay the required collection fee at the bank

4️⃣ Important: If you cannot go yourself, you can send a trusted person with an authorization letter, a photocopy of your ID, and their own ID card.

βœ… Lesson of the Week: Even if you delayed, it’s never too late to collect your GCE Certificate. The earlier you get it, the better it will be for your future plans.
