As part of my commitment to ensuring accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the Mentorship Program I initiated, I appointed a 5-member Monitoring and Evaluation Committee drawn from the Oku Youth Organizations Network (OYON) to assess the progress and impact of the initiative.
The committee engaged mentors across the various mentorship tracks, collected beneficiary data, and submitted a report to me. I am pleased to share with the Oku community and friends of Oku some of the results achieved so far.
The figures presented in the graphic below reflect the growing impact of our collective efforts in agriculture, education, entrepreneurship, career development, leadership, and international opportunities.
