Please note that the potato donation from Second Harvest has been delayed and will now arrive tomorrow.

Open to all Peguis members, Fisher River, Kinonjeoshtegon, and surrounding communities.

At this time, an arrival and distribution time has not yet been confirmed. An update will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

Powwow Grounds Preparation Underway

Work continues at the Powwow Grounds as preparations are being made for this year’s Powwow. Crews are currently laying new sod in the Arbor area following recent ground improvements.

These upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to enhance the grounds and improve conditions for dancers, singers, vendors, and visitors attending this year’s celebration.

Thank you to everyone involved in helping prepare the Powwow Grounds for the community and our guests. We look forward to welcoming everyone to another successful Powwow in Peguis First Nation.

Road Closure Notice

Attention community members:

The road leading to Danny McCorrister’s and Matootoo Lake will be closed for the next two days to allow for culvert installation work.

Please use alternate routes and avoid the area while crews complete this important infrastructure work. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this temporary closure.

Cleanup operations will begin tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM.

All crew members are asked to report to the Multiplex for instructions and work assignments.
