Our study seeks to understand the experiences of individuals of African, Caribbean, and Black descent, their engagement with Manitoba Child Welfare, their perceptions of the child welfare service provisions, cultural sensitivity of the system, support, and resources received, the outcome of their interactions with Manitoba Child Welfare, and their recommendations for Manitoba Child Welfare engagement with ACB communities.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- An immigrant of African, Caribbean and Black Descent
- Have experience with Manitoba Child Welfare/Child and Family Services
- Live in Manitoba
