We are pleased to share that Caitlin McBride will be joining us for our annual AGM Training Event, centred on strategic communication for your organization.

A little bit about Caitlin. 👇

Caitlin McBride is a Certified Fund Raising Executive with over a decade of experience building donor relationships across the nonprofit sector, from large organizations to small, scrappy shops where she's done everything from grant writing to database administration. That range taught her that fundraising works best when it centers relationships, dignity, and community rather than dollars alone. Her values led her to Community-Centric Fundraising, and she's been an advocate for changing the sector rather than simply working within it.

The FRP-BC Strategic Plan is ready and complete! ✔️ Based on your feedback, we've developed a special acronym to encapsulate the future of our work and our hope for the sector.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, ideas, and feedback during this process. What we heard will thoughtfully guide our work over the coming years, including how we set priorities, allocate resources, and measure impact across the sector. We are committed to being accountable to you.
