Owner, Steve Petrie began building parks on Blackcomb Mountain in 1994 where he oversaw the design, construction and maintenance of terrain parks winter and summer for 11 years. In 2005 Arena Snowparks was establish to provide the ski and snowboard industry with access to years of snowpark experience through consulting and contracting services.

For the past 22 years, we’ve spent a week every spring at ’s Cutters Camp at . It’s always a solid way to wrap up the season, helping coach the next generation of park builders both on and off snow. Follow along for a little behind-the-scenes look at what the week’s all about.

This beautiful man right here is our friend Joe. An absolute true mountain legend who’s been shaping (and shredding) snow for years at , and .
Joe has been fighting a horrible disease, that no one deserves. His strength is beyond words. We love you Joe, and we’re with you. We’ve always had so much respect for you, and how positive and passionate you have always been.
Please, drop some big ❤️❤️ below for Joe. Let’s surround him with the same support and passion he’s poured into all of us for years.
