Jacob William Bouchard was born on January 19, 2000, in Vancouver, British Columbia, to Simon and Maelee (née Levesque). His younger siblings are Ella Rycroft (Mar 2002, Ryder), Arianna Theriault (Sep 2005, Damian), and Tobias (Mar 2007, Vilandra). Though neither side of his family has recent muggle ancestry, they identify as half-bloods. He attended Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry fr
om September 1, 2011, to June 2018 and was a member of Wampus House. In June 2018, after Ilvermorny, he got a job at the Canadian Ministry of Magic, working as an employee in the Department of International Magical Cooperation. He worked there until October 18, 2022, when he became a Reverser in the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. In August 2027, he was promoted to Head of Accidental Magical Reversal Squad after five years. From June 2030 to December 2032, he worked as an Employee of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. For eleven years, from January 2033 to January 2044, he was Head of the Department of Magical Cooperation. On January 1, 2044, he was sworn in as the Magical Prime Minister. The vast majority of the world believed he had perished. In truth, he had gone into hiding with Wendy Tennelstone, his employee and the daughter of his friend Blake Tennelstone.
