Jacob William Bouchard was born on January 19, 2000, in Vancouver, British Columbia, to Simon and Maelee (née Levesque). His younger siblings are Ella Rycroft (Mar 2002, Ryder), Arianna Theriault (Sep 2005, Damian), and Tobias (Mar 2007, Vilandra). Though neither side of his family has recent muggle ancestry, they identify as half-bloods. He attended Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry fr

om September 1, 2011, to June 2018 and was a member of Wampus House. In June 2018, after Ilvermorny, he got a job at the Canadian Ministry of Magic, working as an employee in the Department of International Magical Cooperation. He worked there until October 18, 2022, when he became a Reverser in the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. In August 2027, he was promoted to Head of Accidental Magical Reversal Squad after five years. From June 2030 to December 2032, he worked as an Employee of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. For eleven years, from January 2033 to January 2044, he was Head of the Department of Magical Cooperation. On January 1, 2044, he was sworn in as the Magical Prime Minister. The vast majority of the world believed he had perished. In truth, he had gone into hiding with Wendy Tennelstone, his employee and the daughter of his friend Blake Tennelstone. For nearly a year they were in Southern France, then just before the summer of 2047, they moved to a safe house in the United Kingdom

Jacob stood in front of the bathroom mirror, his reflection looking back at him as he took deep, slow breaths. It was almost time to leave for The Backroom. Part of him didn’t want to go, part of him wanted to send Quinn a message and tell him they should just come hang out here, or perhaps they could hang out at their hotel.

That said, he didn't want to be a party pooper. His friends had come all this way for him. He secretly hoped there wouldn’t be many people. Though he had always been good with mingling with friends and strangers. But now, the thought of being around a lot of unfamiliar people made his heart start to pound. He could recall when he had gone out some months ago with Wendy to the candy shop walking through the busy New York streets. It had been somewhat enjoyable as he enjoyed being around Wendy. He had secretly felt overwhelmed and had been all too relieved when they returned to Marietta's home.

Jacob was headed to the Tennelstone home. He wanted to take Morgan, her graduation gift. He also needed to speak to Blake about worldly situations and wanted to invite him to a guy's weekend at his Keys house.

Jacob had gotten tickets to the Summer Olympics being held in Paris. He'd be attending the opening ceremony on Friday, July 26. He had allotted ten days of vacation.

Jacob saw Sereina head out of the cottage, and he wanted to speak to her before she returned to her hotel. Jacob reached out to her with his mind. [Sereina, can I have a moment? It wouldn't take long.]

Jacob couldn't help but feel a mixture of emotions as he walked towards the betting counter. On one hand, he was thrilled to have won a significant amount of money by betting on the Cheifs. But it was unfortunate that the 49ers had lost, and it had been such a close game. Despite these conflicting emotions, he approached the counter and collected his winnings. As he received the money, he couldn't help but smile, feeling grateful for his good luck and the thrill of the game.

Jacob reviews the arrest warrants for Addom, one issued by the International Confederation of Wizards and the other by the Canadian Ministry. The prospect of encountering Addom stirred a mix of satisfaction and discomfort within him.

Conspiracy to Assassinate: Engaging in the conspiracy and planning of the assassination of Jacob Bouchard, Prime Minister of the Magical Parliament of the Commonwealth of Canada. Such actions are recognized as a direct threat to the stability and security of the global magical community, violating international magical laws. This act is seen as an act of war towards a country, representing a severe and hostile assault on the sovereignty of a nation by targeting its sitting Prime Minister.

Hate Crime: Attempting to murder Jacob Bouchard on the basis of his half-blood status. This act of prejudice and discrimination is in direct violation of the principles of equality and unity that the global magical community upholds.

Attempted Murder: The near-fatal attack on Canadian Ministry Official, Wendy Tennelstone, constitutes a grave offense. This act of violence against a public servant demonstrates a clear disregard for the laws of the magical community and the welfare of its members.

Violation of International Peace Treaty: Breaching the Peace Treaty signed by all nations that participated in the 2046 Quidditch World Cup. This act endangered the peace and cooperation between magical communities worldwide, constituting a violation of international magical law. Furthermore, doing so is considered an attack on all nations in the treaty, threatening the foundational agreements of international peace and cooperation among the magical nations.

Breaking the Statute of Secrecy: Actions undertaken by Addom Mirviroh Lestrange have led to a deliberate breach of the Statute of Secrecy, purposefully exposing the magical world to the Muggles in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This violation not only undermines the fundamental laws established to protect both magical and non-magical societies from potential conflicts and harm but also jeopardizes the delicate balance of coexistence between the two worlds.

Squatting at Buckingham Palace and Other Royal Residences: Addom Mirviroh Lestrange has unlawfully occupied Buckingham Palace and other royal residences, without any legal claim or permission. This act of squatting constitutes a blatant disrespect for the sovereignty and property of the British Crown.

ACTION REQUIRED:

By the authority of the International Confederation of Wizards (ICW), you are hereby commanded to apprehend Addom Mirviroh Lestrange immediately. The accused is to be taken into custody and transported as soon as possible to the wizard prison Île Vanier, in Canada, where he will await trial for his crimes against the global magical community.

This warrant is issued based on evidence presented to and verified by the Global Magical Law Enforcement Division of the ICW and carries the full weight of international magical law. It is enforceable with immediate effect and obliges all those within the jurisdiction of the ICW to comply.

ENFORCEMENT:

All officers and agents of the ICW, Aurors from nations that are part of The Alliance, and Jacob Bouchard are authorized to execute this warrant. Any resistance or interference with the ex*****on of this warrant will be met with appropriate magical force to ensure compliance and public safety.

Jacob attached the parchment to an owl and watched it fly out the hotel window. New York was five hours behind, so the takedown would likely have started by the time it arrived.

Jacob received the package that he ordered several days ago. He carefully ripped open the packaging, revealing a small item. He held it up to light, examining it and feeling the weight of the item in his hand. He then slipped it into the front pocket of his blue jeans, where he could easily retrieve it.

Jacob returned to the hotel room, but his father wasn't there. Jacob sat down on the sofa and sighed deeply. During his walk around the hotel, he concluded that since he'd now have to find two jobs going to Bermuda in October with Wendy wouldn't be doable. The trip would have to be next month now. He'd have to look at a calendar, but he thought the third week in September would be good.
