Family & Children Resources in Kennebecasis Valley While the organization has now been dissolved, we’re keeping this page active as a community space for families with young children.

This page is managed by volunteers to share information, resources, programs, and local services/businesses that support families with young children in the KV and greater area. This page was formerly part of KV3C, a non-profit organization that supported holistic early childhood development (social, emotional, mental, and physical) through playgroups and community programs. We’re so grateful for

everyone who has been part of this journey, and we look forward to continuing to connect, share, and support our community together.

It's a BIG WEEK here at the FRC with 2 Parent Programs launching!

Wellness Wednesday starts today, April 29th and runs weekly:
12:30pm - 1:30pm. Join us in the serenity of our Parent's Lounge to explore a holistic approach to Wellness for you and your family.

On Friday, May 1st, we are all set to Get Cooking in the newly renovated Community Kitchen! If you're looking for good food, good friends and a great experience, this is for you!

Baby Oasis Update

Don’t worry — Baby Oasis is still happening at the centre!
We listened to your feedback and are adjusting the time to better support nap schedules.

🕛 **NEW TIME:** **12:00 PM – 1:30 PM**
📍 Location: KV Oasis
👶 Baby Oasis: A calm, quieter group, perfect for our littlest ones.

If this time doesn’t work for your family, we invite you to join our ages 0–5 Playgroup:
🕘 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
📍 Saint David’s United Church
This group is more active and great for busy toddlers and preschoolers! Infants are still welcome here, we have matts out and toys geared for all ages!

We’re hoping that offering two different time slots and group styles will help accommodate more families. We know naps are always changing, and every family has their own unique schedule 💕
