Simon Francis Bouchard was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on April 26, 1973, to William and Claudette (née Robinson), the eldest of five children. ll, earning top grades. He played on the Horned Serpent Quadpot team in his sixth and seventh years. When he graduated, he entered the Canadian Ministry Auror program. He trained from July 1991 to July 1994. In June 2006, he got promoted to Auror Captain. In March 2023, he was made the Auror Commissioner for West Canada; he is in charge of the Aurors that work in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. In late April 1995, a friend introduced him to Maelee Levesque. Maelee was two years younger than him. He remembered seeing her during their school days, but he didn't know much about her besides knowing she was in Pukwudgie House. They started dating on May 2, 1995, and clicked well together. He loved Maelee's kind heart and her optimize to see the good in any situation. They were both half-bloods with distant No-Maj ancestry. On April 21, 1997, days before his twentieth fourth birthday, he proposed to her at Niagara Falls. They married on October 16, 1998, and they decided to settle in Vancouver. About Seven months later, Maelee found herself pregnant with their first child. Their son Jacob William was born on January 19, 2000. They were blessed with three more children. Simon was slightly shaken and uneasy from Jacob's violent outburst a few hours earlier. He wasn't mad at Jacob. Simon saw this as a cry for help that his son should have gotten years ago. Once Addom and the Death Eaters were in custody he would speak to Sereina about taking Addom Lestrange, Nero Capulet, Rabastan Lestrange, and David Brighton to Île Vanier tomorrow. Jacob's condition was of utmost concern and addressing it could not be delayed any further.

Simon was growing increasingly concerned about Jacob's obsession with getting a job in mere weeks. Self-help books and Self-therapy were not going to cut it. Jacob needed professional help in order to address the past three years and emotional and psychological trauma effectively, and he would be damned if his son didn't get it.

Simon was going to be speaking to Jacob today about his future. The way he saw it, Jacob's primary focus needed to be entirely on his mental health. Jacob did not need to be burdened with the stress of finding a job or worrying about money. Simon knew Jacob had some money from the sale of the Keys house, and he and Mae would continue to help him financially.

They didn't expect Jacob to pay them back because if you can help your family, that's what you did. Simon knew that prior to these events, had someone in the family needed something, Jacob would have been among the first to extend help, without expecting anything in return. Even now, despite all that Jacob had gone through, Simon firmly believed that he would still be among the first to step forward and provide aid in any way possible.

They would also need to discuss his living arrangements. Mae had a valid point - given Jacob's current state of mind, it was unwise for him to move down to the San Diego House. While a weekend or week visit would be acceptable, relocating there would likely not be in his best interest. Simon knew Jacob had some friends in California, but the majority of his support system was in Canada. Simon felt it would be best for Jacob to remain in Canada, where he could be surrounded by his loved ones and receive the care he needed to rebuild his life.

(August 16, 2049, Irish Rebellion Headquarters - International Auror Team)

Simon sat in the meeting room that had already been set up by the Irish wizards. He was ready for the meeting with Sereina and those that had be selected for the Auror team. In three days, the takedown would happen, and Addom would be placed where he belonged and get what he deserved. He would lose everything.

Simon imagined Addom's family would not be happy with him even more those of his family that were Death Eaters and would be arrested alongside him. Simon was aware that Addom's stepmother had only a few months ago had a baby and had several young children. Simon did feel for the children that were about to lose a parent or two in a few cases.

Simon could not wait to get his hands on that piece of s**t David Brighton. He liked Wendy, but unlike his son, he was not swayed by her familial ties to David. He wouldn't go as far as ending his life, but David would be lucky to walk out on his own two feet once he was finished with him. He wasn't simply an Auror Comissoner; he was a father. He also hoped to get one in on Addom Lestrange. How dare these lowlife pieces of scum try and take his boy's life. Neither could nor would ever stand up to the man and wizard his son Jacob was.
