When something goes wrong, help doesn’t just come from emergency services—it comes from the people around you.

Knowing what’s already in place in your community means:
• You know where to turn for support
• You can check in on others, and be checked on
• You’re not starting from scratch when it matters most

This could include:
• Community groups or leagues
• Volunteer organizations
• Faith-based or support networks
• Local emergency programs and resources
