Ok so 2 things happened today. The first thing is that a client got a 5 year waiver today and his offence was for a drug offence. The interesting thing is that he got a 5 year waiver and this was his first time filing. The manual stated some criteria that should be accomplished in order for a 5 year waiver to be issued. So we did it and they actually gave it to him. He met other criteria as well. So he is very happy buy a bit shocked. So we wont see him again until 2029. Also, note that he filed Jan 2024 and he just received his decision today.

Another client received his 5 year waiver today but his conviction was for s*x assault. This offence can be hard and often tricky to clear. His took about a year but CBP threw us a curve ball. They wrote back asking for certain things regarding his case. These things would have hurt his file. However, we were able to comply with their request in a different way and provide the things as they worded it in their request for evidence.

Well, the end result was that he also received his waiver. They used a different strategy this time though I noticed. So, we addressed it a different way and we were successful in getting it pushed through. I see what they were trying to do based again on the manuals and regulations.

The more we use these resources, the more we can essentially see their strategy since some cases can go up to 5 ways and they are definitely chess players. This post is actually not so much for his group but more so for people that have gotten their cases denied using an Ontario discount waiver company and/or lawyer.

Our website lists the offences that are less challenging to clear and the ones that are more complex to deal with. So we are placing a copy of this post on our main business page. So yeah I think we will keep our rates for this year to the $2500-2800 starting and up to 60k depending on severity. As of today, we are still at the 100% success rate but I just watch it daily.

We are also still interested in the expansion to Ontario but its gonna have to be maybe Brampton and Niagara only.

I swear some people are so stupid. I just received a caller that has a 5/2022 S*x assault conviction in Ontario. I tried to explain that he would not get approved for the moment for various reasons to include the recency of the offence. He kept down playing the offence like it was no big deal and said that it was a false allegation made against him by his ex wife. I believe him but said that it didn't matter since he was still convicted and we touched upon the rehab.

Basically, it ended up with him hanging up on me because he didn't like what he was hearing. He said if you cant handle it just say so. But I said thats not even the issue but the fact that we want you to get approved. Smh I'm a straight shooter and with his attitude he will not get approved. Smh at the stupidity of some people. This is also why we tend to mostly deal with Brampton clients in Ontario since this stuff is rarely a factor.

So congrats on President Trump getting reelected. I told a lot of people in 2021 and up-to yesterday that he would be back and they balked. Well now he is back and there is a 100% chance that these waivers will be much much harder to get.

So in January our fees for brand new first time people will skyrocket. If they decline we will accept them back after they get a denial from going to the dollar store places.

But we will charge them even more money to fix since he will be back in the Whitehouse. We have the actual formula that CBP uses to approve these waivers and we will charge even more if they want to get approved.

We may even make the minimum fee charged 5k with no limit on more complex issues.
