Meet the Team Behind Surrey Connect! 👋
This week, we’re highlighting Noemi Victorino, a Council Candidate and dedicated leader with a lifelong commitment to public service and making a meaningful impact in the community. With experience spanning administration, project management, enforcement, nonprofit leadership, and community service, Noemi understands the importance of good governance, accountability, and putting people first.
During her career with the Federal Government and Canada Border Services Agency, she held roles in administration, project management, and enforcement, including serving as a Senior Officer of Trade Compliance.
Today, as the Founder of Harvest for Hope, Noemi helps provide the equivalent of 2,500 meals every week to seniors, veterans, newcomers, families, and vulnerable individuals across Surrey and neighbouring communities.
She also serves on the City of Surrey’s Social Equity, Livability, and Public Safety Committee, bringing her experience and community perspective to important issues facing Surrey.
