It seems that my algorithm for boosting posts (I let FB choose!) got it in the timeline of some very hostile folks, which clearly isn’t helpful energy.
If I could a handful of my own village today to like and share my page, it will help me to build a healthy jumping off point for all things writing.
I didn’t intend to offend anyone-I’m not a marketing guru (clearly)-just a middle aged momma trying to achieve something worthwhile.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have assumed that something so innocent would be perceived so negatively.
Turning off boosted posts now as the hostilities guts me.

Three 🍻, one to celebrate each youth that got housed this week.

It is not lost on me that I had enough disposable income after paying my own rent and groceries etc that I could afford to treat myself in that way. The youth I support have nothing: no family, natural supports, or belongings.
The fortunate ones came with IDS.
I love my work but my goodness I wish the need for it did not exist.

Now in need of 2 of each:

Bed
Kitchen table (with a couple of chairs)
Couch/sofa/chairs
End tables, lamps, anything that can be used to make these apts homey.
Kitchen items
Bed linens and towels

I have placed each on the Home Again waitlist, but sadly, they are hurting right now also.

Help me help them!
