Jean-Robert (JR) has been very active in the field of sports performance over several years. He is the owner of BASE Conditioning, a company that also provides consultation services and personal training. In addition JR is currently the strength and conditioning coach for the “Sport études” program at “Louis-Riel” High School. JR graduated from the University of Ottawa with an honors degree in phy

sical education and also holds many certifications in sports performance. Over the years JR as worked with many different athletes in various discipline at the provincial, national and professional level.
