Kelli Ritz, Red Deer County, Division 2 Councillor

Kelli Ritz, Red Deer County, Division 2 Councillor As your Division 2 Councillor for Red Deer County, I’m committed to being accessible, accountable, and a strong voice for our community.

Together, we’ll continue building on what makes Red Deer County such a great place to live, work, and do business. My job as your new Councillor for Division 2 is to represent you. I care deeply about the future of Red Deer County and the people who call it home. Division 2 is one of the most unique areas in the County, where rural roots, agriculture, and growing communities come together. That ba

lance of tradition and progress is what makes our region so special. As your Division 2 Councillor, my focus is on being approachable, transparent, and fair. I believe leadership starts with listening, so I can understand the challenges our residents face, the opportunities our businesses create, and the traditions that keep our communities connected. My professional background is rooted in business development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career around bringing people together, solving challenges, and fostering growth. From working with local businesses and associations to supporting community initiatives, I’ve seen firsthand the power of collaboration and clear communication. My priorities remain the same:

Listening & Accessibility: Being available and responsive to residents. Fair Representation: Ensuring every voice in Division 2 is heard and respected. Balanced Growth: Supporting development that strengthens our economy while protecting our agricultural roots. Community Connection: Building trust and keeping Red Deer County a place we’re all proud to call home. I’m honoured to represent Division 2 and to serve alongside residents, businesses, and community leaders who care deeply about our shared future. Together, we can continue to build a strong, thriving Red Deer County.
