When you call 9-1-1, they're the voice that answers.

Emergency Communications Officers stay calm under pressure. They guide callers through difficult moments and help get the right response moving quickly.

This week, we're recognizing the professionals behind the headset during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.

Help us thank them!
