Truth & Reconciliation Day • September 30
This is more than a shirt.
It is a message of remembrance, respect, learning and support.
On September 30th, we wear orange to honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, the Survivors who did, and the families and communities who continue to carry the impact.
🧡 Every child deserved to feel safe.
🧡 Every child deserved to be loved.
🧡 Every child deserved to come home.
🧡 Every Child Matters.
Wearing orange is one small way we can stand together, acknowledge the truth of Canada's residential school system, continue to listen and learn, and show that these stories and these children will not be forgotten.
I will be offering our annual Every Child Matters / Truth & Reconciliation shirts for anyone who would like to wear their support on September 30th and beyond.
Available for children and adults, because reconciliation is something we can learn about and walk toward together, generation by generation.
