We are a non-profit organization that is comprised of individuals and partnering organizations workin Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds and Game On!

We have many different programs and services that meet the needs of all individuals involved. Here are some of our programs:

Our traditional Big Brothers/Big Sisters program - a one-to-one mentoring service,

Go Girls! Eat Smart, Play Smart, Live Smart - in-school programs for boys and girls with a focus on promoting an active and balanced lifestyle and increasing self-esteem

Youth Opportunities Program -
1.Improve employment skills for newcomer/immigrant youth between the ages of 16-24
2.Secure employment opportunities for newcomer youth
3.Establish career related volunteer opportunities for newcomer youth
4.Improve the quality of life for newcomer youth in North Bay Ontario
