1 pm - 4 pm (AST)

2SLGBTQI+ Folks & Friends Hike & Clean-up

Gibraltar Rock Loop (2.6 km loop; moderate difficulty, steep elevation, backcountry),
Gloves and bags provided. This hike is hosted by Canadian Conservation Corps (CCC) members Irene MacAulay, Taylor Seed, and Lauren Beaton as part of their conservation-based community outreach project. The CCC is a program designed for

young people to engage in outdoor adventure, conservation service, and make meaningful impacts in their local communities. Recognizing the need for inclusive outdoors networks among fellow q***r folks in the Maritimes, we hope to encourage community-building over a shared passion for nature conservation and the outdoors, while doing something good for the environment!
