My perfect match turned out to be someone who leaves muddy footprints throughout the house, grain seeds in the dryer, coffee mugs left behind everywhere, and is the best father to our three children.

A lot of life happens intertwined with farm moments - the busy seasons of seeding and harvest, breakdowns and long days.

These moments of pause are my favourite to witness. Just a dad and his son chatting in the shade while the tank fills - and so many other ways this man shows up for our family.

He is my absolute favourite thing about farming and in life.

Sometimes, the reality of a private practice in a rural community is a waitlist.

Behind the scenes, I am doing my best to balance thoughtful care for current clients, creating space for those on my waitlist already, family life, and farm life - while also working towards creating space for new clients in a sustainable way.

I never want therapy to feel rushed or transactional. My goal is to show up fully present for the people I work with, even when that means my waitlist moves a little slower.
