• KESS Primary class will give away plants they've grown since April 28th, 2026, including vegetables, flowers, herbs, and fruit, tomorrow June 11, 2026 from 1:15-2:15 at the community garden.
• We extend our gratitude to West Coast Seeds for their generous seed donation. Additionally, we will be distributing seeds to the community.
• The plants are now ready to be transplanted into the ground or into larger containers!

Good afternoon. A few updates regarding tomorrow and the travel arrangements. Please have your students bring their travel gear to school in the morning so everyone can leave school and meet the taxis together. Taxis time is 2 P.M. tomorrow. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE STUDENTS STAYING BEHIND, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE CLASSES AT KESS ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, FOR THOSE STILL HERE. HOWEVER, OUR CHEF WILL BE AWAY, SO PLEASE SEND LUNCH WITH YOUR STUDENTS.
Additionally, on Thursday we have changed return pick up time to 2 p.m. in Fair Harbour and therefore students will be dismissed upon arrival in Kyuquot, from the dock. Thank you!

KESS Grads next fundraiser is happening tomorrow, Saturday, May 9th. There will poutine for sale at the center at 5PM. $6 for one box and $10 for two. Message Jared Kraul with your order😀or stop by the center.
