Subject: Founding Annual General Meeting – Alberta Provincial PPC Association
Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Alberta Provincial PPC Association will hold its Founding Annual General Meeting (AGM) online on June 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM MDT. This meeting marks the formal establishment of our provincial association and the election of its inaugural Board of Directors.
Board Positions Open for Election:
• Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Director of Volunteers
• Director of Communications
• Director of Events
• Director of Fundraising
• Secretary
If you wish to stand for any of these positions, please send your expression of interest to [email protected] no later than June 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT.
Nomination Rules:
• Nominations will close on June 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT.
• No nominations will be accepted after the close of nominations.
• Nominations from the floor of the AGM are strictly prohibited.
Candidates must be members in good standing, meet all eligibility requirements established by the Party Code of Conduct, provide full name, address, email, phone number, and the position they seek, and successfully complete all required vetting procedures. Only candidates who meet all requirements and pass vetting will appear on the final ballot.
Further details, including the full agenda, voting procedures, and your personal link to the online meeting, will be provided in the coming weeks.
We look forward to your participation as we take this important step in building a strong and effective PPC presence across Alberta.

Our Director for Foothills riding , Paul has relocated to a different part of Alberta. He has resigned from the foothills riding. We would like to thank Paul for his hard work and dedication to the PPC. Best of luck going forward Paul. The House of Commons adopted the first budget of the Carney government this week.
Despite public theatrics, opposition parties helped the Liberals pass it:
● Conservatives: 2 MPs abstained
● NDP: 2 MPs abstained
● Greens: Elizabeth May voted in favour
Once again, the Uniparty proved it is one political machine with two brands.
