🌟WHO DOESNT LOVE A WATERFALL? 🌟

📍 Meeting Spot: Hoggs Falls Parking Lot, 170491-172753, Lower Valley Rd, Flesherton, ON N0C 1E0 Hoggs Falls Parking Lot

KMs : 5.3km loop
Difficulty: Moderate. The climb to the bottom of the falls is steep (there’s a rope) but is optional.

Notes: We’ll end at the falls. The pool at the bottom of the falls is deep enough for a swim!

Bring a towel and bathing suit if you want to play in the water!

KMs : 4.5km loop
Difficulty: Moderate– a bit of up and down (201m elevation) and some rocky areas.

General Description: Lots of variety and interesting things along this route– a waterfall and river area, then into some fields (amazing spot for stargazing on clear nights!) and a bit of craggy escarpment.

Notes: bring a headlamp but may not need it. Sunset is around 8:30 so we’ll be hiking during sunset and into dusk.

**NOTES ON PARKING - parking is at the dead end of 6th Line. There isn’t a ton of space so carpooling is highly recommended. The landowner’s have signage noting No Parking areas. Please make sure you’re not blocking their private driveways and farm entrances**

Get out your calendars and save the dates.

We are mixing it up this season with a mix of Saturday and Su day hikes to hopefully better accommodate our Crew Members’ availability PLUS we have added a couple NIGHT hikes and fun SOCIAL events.

It’s that time of year when we start our closet seasonal change over and spring clean.

Do you have any lightly used Hiking Apparel, Boots or Gear that you have maybe replaced or that you don’t use any more? - Hang on to it!

Below are the details for our next hike!

✨ REGISTER AT LINK IN BIO ✨

Date: Sunday, March 27th

Start Time: 9:00am
Duration: 2-2.5 hours
Location: Pretty River Provincial Park

Meeting Spot: Corner of 2nd Line and 6th Sideroad (aka 3 Stage) - parking lot and entrance for John Haigh Side Trail

Reminder: Please be punctual, we will not wait for late arrivals.

Distance: 8km loop

Difficulty: Moderate.
We will be going down to the bottom of Pretty River Valley and back up!
*trail subject to change to accommodate trail condditions

Gear: Spikes are highly recommended *depending on trail conditions.
Poles may also be a good option.

Group size limited to 25 (+ guides) - so register quick!!
