Welcome ! This is my professional page. I am in the process of expanding my practice and have created this page to share.

I am a Registered Social Worker in B.C with 20 years experience in community and urban health. I carry liability insurance.
I am currently reinstating my FNHA mental health provider status and can offer counselling and mental health support to people with status.
I am also in the process of Registered Clinical Counsellor in B.C. and expect this will happen fairly quickly.

My office is located close to Kootenay Loop on the East Vancouver/Burnaby border. I can also do zoom and phone meetings or other options as arranged.

My career has been a vast and expansive one with over 20 years in Social Work in community. These years have included counselling in addictions and mental, women's health and chronic illness. I come from a place of real support and sincere connection. My counselling is strengths based and solutions focused. I am honest, transparent and want everyone I connect with to thrive.
