Upcoming Event- Mark your calendars!
Although we don't have registration in place yet, we want you all to have this opportunity to plan for a very special event happening June 28 and 29 in Courtenay, B.C.
GesheLa has invited a very special friend to come from India and visit us in the Comox Valley, Shedup Khenrinpoche. Rinpoche is the abbot of the dialectic school at Menri monastery in the Himalayas. He will be giving teachings on the 28th and 29th. A special evening event on Saturday June 28 will be held to honour him and the Tibetan culture.
The Retreat will be from 10am to 4pm both days for $200. The dinner, along with Tibetan live music and dancing is $35 and starts at 6pm.
We are accepting donations for items to offer for a raffle/fundraiser, any items that reflect Tibetan culture are welcome. Please respond to Doug Allen [email protected] for your contributions.
