Lest we forget.

Through the Community and Business ACCESS-Ability Grant Programs, 79 organizations across Nova Scotia are receiving funding for accessibility upgrades. Congratulations to the local recipients, which include the New Ross Legion, Tancook Island Recreational Centre Association and William Black United Church in Glen Margaret.

These grants are about removing barriers for people with disabilities and making sure Nova Scotians can participate fully in their communities. From ramps and accessible washrooms to assistive technology and communication improvements, these projects will help remove barriers and make community spaces and businesses more welcoming for all.
