LAUNDRY AVAILABILITY UPDATE!

Our updated washers have arrived and we are ready to help those displaced by the service interruption downtown.

The Marine Park laundry room is open 7 days a week as of Sunday June 14th to support our locals, cottagers, campers, and boaters.

Laundry opens at 730am and last wash started at 230pm. Please use a maximum of 2 washers at a time.

Machines accept loonies only, regular household laundry detergent, and can handle up to queen low density comforters.

If you require change, wave opens at 9am.

There’s plenty of room to sit on the TVM balcony, at a picnic table, or in the shade at wave. Bring a book and relax. Please note smoking is not permitted in these areas.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to have our units rushed.

Thank you to JI Enterprises for selecting a gorgeous boulder for our pollinator bed.

This morning we added to the bee buffet, and within minutes, we had guests buzzing before the rain!

We are so very appreciative of our contractors, and their willingness to support enhancements that benefit our friends, guests, and environment.

It’s a great day to refill those hummingbird feeders, everyone 🐝

The countdown to summer break is on. Kids are out playing, cycling, on scooters, and running without a care in the world.

PLEASE be fully aware when you are driving.

A message to our new families to town, and your kids: if you’re out, lost, have flat tire, or simply need help from trustworthy grown ups, please know you are always welcome at our OPP Station, Town Hall, Arena, Marina, and Visitors Centre. We’re happy to get in touch with your parents and help 😊
