Twenty-three (23) Kilangin Falls Tour Guides and four (4) LGU employees successfully completed the three-day 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 held last May 5–7, 2026, conducted by the 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢, in partnership with the 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙬, 𝙇𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙖 headed by 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙄𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤 𝘿. 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙤𝙣, through the 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚.

The seminar aimed to strengthen the participants’ knowledge and skills in effective tourist handling, communication, safety awareness, and professional guiding techniques essential in delivering quality tourism services. It also emphasized the importance of promoting genuine Filipino hospitality while ensuring that visitors experience safe, meaningful and memorable tour in Kilangin Falls graced by our Resource Speaker, 𝘿𝙊𝙏 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙧, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙤 “𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙪” 𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙤.

Through this initiative, the Municipality of Liliw continues to empower its local tourism frontliners and further enhance the standards of community-based tourism, reinforcing Kilangin Falls as one of the town’s premier eco-tourism destinations.

The 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢, in partnership with the 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙬, 𝙇𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙖 headed by 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙄𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤 𝘿. 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙤𝙣, through the 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚, successfully conducted the 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 (𝙁𝘽𝙎𝙀) 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 last May 4, 2026.

This meaningful initiative brought together representatives from the Local Government Unit (LGU), as well as owners and stakeholders from Liliw’s thriving tourism and creative sectors - including local cafés, resorts, farms, accommodation establishments, tour guides, craftsmen, and slipper manufacturers - to further enhance their skills in 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙-𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 graced by our Resource Speaker, Mr. Gil Regondola

Centered on the values of Filipino hospitality, warmth, and excellence, the training emphasized the importance of providing guest experiences that are not only professional and memorable, but also deeply rooted in our rich culture and traditions.
