O projeto Mini-Horto Social é uma ação EcoSocial que visa humanizar e socializar a escola, criando uma área ambiental que proporcione bem estar aos alunos, funcionários e professores, tornando o ambiente escolar de Arraial do Cabo mais agradável. O Projeto evoluiu para um SAF / sistema Agroflorestental A ideia é fomentar nas escolas, e instituições a ag
roecologia em formato de jardim botânico comestivel com um mini bioma de plantas nativas e da mata atlantica , construir um horto com árvores frutíferas, raras, exóticas, medicinais e funcionais , incluindo controle biológico do mosquito da (DENGUE) com o plantio da crotalaria, e introduzir o cultivo da moringa, introdução da agroecologia em sistema de consórcio melhorando a qualidade do solo. Essa ação visa, também, criar uma biodiversidade capaz de produzir estufas produtoras de mudas para ajudar na arborização da cidade, e recuperação de áreas degradadas, criar banco de sementes, condtruir uma área reservada com plantas da restinga e introduzir no ambiente escolar a conscientização da importância da sustentabilidade do planeta.Iniciativa idealizada por Alex Dagnaisser, Designer ambiental, Educador social coordenador e mentor do projeto. The Mini Horto Social project is a socio-environmental action that aims to humanize, socialize, raise awareness, the school environment of the importance of sustainability and preservation of the environment. Based on the concept of agroecology. The Mini-Horto Social project is an EcoSocial action that aims to humanize and socialize the school, creating an environmental area that provides welfare to students, staff and teachers, making the school environment of CIEP 147 in Arraial do Cabo more pleasant. The idea is to transform the CIEP into a botanical garden with a mini biome of native, fruitful, rare, exotic, medicinal and functional plants, including biological control of (DENGUE). This action also aims to create a biodiversity capable of producing greenhouses that produce seedlings to plant trees in the city, and introduce awareness of the importance of the planet's sustainability into the school environment. Especialista em publicações (produtor de conteúdo para cartilhas educativas) cartunista premiado na I Bienal Internacional de Quadrinhos e no V Salão Carioca de Humor (Prêmio ECO – 92). Há 30 anos desenvolve atividades multidiciplinares em arte–educação, e socio ambiental em instituições governamentais, não governamentais e particulares . Gestor da ONG- Instituto Primeiros Traços de Educação e Cultura ( 2001-2009)
RECONHECIMENTOS
1) O Projeto Fala Criança com sua proposta única e inovadora, recebeu em 2004 a Chancela da UNESCO - Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, a Ciência e a Cultura;
“O Fala Criança cujo maior mérito é desenvolver ações voltadas para a inclusão jovens através de experiências editorias, artísticas e culturais.” (Jorge Werthein - representante da UNESCO no BRASIL- 2004).
2) Foi eleito em 2004 Magister em Excelência Educativa pelo Conselho Ibero-americano - importante reconhecimento internacional aos projetos de esforços coletivos no caminho da excelência educativa na América Latina.
3) Em 2005 foi finalista nos prêmios Itaú- Unicef e do Prêmio Prática de Gestão Local promovido pela CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL, sendo considerado umas das melhores ações da Região Sudeste.
4) Durante três anos consecutivos, o projeto Fala Criança foi referência na Semana Mundial da Mídia pela Infância (reportagem exibida pela BAND e TVE REDE BRASIL tudo registrado em CD.)
5) Em 2006 foi destaque no Prêmio Cultura Nota 10 promovida pelo Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Recebendo a Chancela Cultura Nota 10, se o que reconhece toda iniciativa.

Social entrepreneur, publicist, art director, cartoonist, illustrator, graphic designer. Specialist in cartoonist publications, awarded at the 1st International Comic Biennial and at the V Salão Carioca de Humor (ECO Award - 92). For 25 years he has been developing multidisciplinary activities in art-education, and socio-environmental activities in governmental, non-governmental and private institutions. RECOGNITIONS
1) The Fala Criança Project, with its unique and innovative proposal, received in 2004 the UNESCO Award - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization;
“Fala Criança, whose greatest merit is to develop actions aimed at the inclusion of young people through editorial, artistic and cultural experiences.” (Jorge Werthein - UNESCO representative in BRAZIL- 2004).
2) In 2004, he was elected Magister in Educational Excellence by the Ibero-American Council - important international recognition for projects of collective efforts on the path of educational excellence in Latin America.
3) In 2005, he was a finalist in the Itaú-Unicef awards and the Local Management Practice Award promoted by CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL, being considered one of the best actions in the Southeast Region.
