هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل: تنفيذ 3,152 حملة وزيارة تفتيشية خلال شهر أغسطس الماضي
نفذت هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل 3,152 حملة وزيارة تفتيشية خلال شهر أغسطس الماضي بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، أسفرت عن ضبط 77 عاملًا مخالفًا، فيما تم ترحيل 543 مخالفًا، وذلك في إطار الجهود المستمرة لضبط سوق العمل والحفاظ على عدالة وتنافسية بيئة العمل.
كما أسفرت الحملات والزيارات التفتيشية عن رصد عدد من المخالفات التي تتعلق بأحكام عدد من القوانين المنظمة لسوق العمل، لاسيما أحكام قانون هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل وقانون الإقامة بمملكة البحرين، حيث تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بشأن المخالفات المرصودة.
وأوضحت الهيئة أنه تم تنفيذ 2,973 زيارة تفتيشية شملت مختلف المنشآت التجارية في جميع المحافظات، إلى جانب 179 حملة تفتيشية مشتركة، منها 93 حملة في محافظة العاصمة، و27 حملة في كل من محافظة المحرق والمحافظة الشمالية، و32 حملة في المحافظة الجنوبية، منوهةً بجهود وزارة الداخلية ممثلة في شؤون الجنسية والجوازات والإقامة، والإدارة العامة للمباحث والأدلة الجنائية، والمديريات الأمنية في جميع المحافظات، والإدارة العامة للدفاع المدني، إلى جانب وزارة الصناعة والتجارة، ووزارة شؤون البلديات والزراعة، وهيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض، والهيئة العامة للتأمين الاجتماعي، وهيئة الكهرباء والماء، والهيئة الوطنية لتنظيم المهن والخدمات الصحية.
وأكدت الهيئة استمرار التنسيق المشترك مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية لتكثيف الحملات التفتيشية في جميع محافظات مملكة البحرين، والتصدي لأي مخالفات أو ممارسات تؤثر سلبًا على سوق العمل واستقراره وتنافسيته، أو تضر بالأمن الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في المملكة.
وجددت هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل دعوتها لجميع أفراد المجتمع إلى دعم جهود الجهات الحكومية للتصدي للممارسات غير القانونية في سوق العمل والعمالة غير النظامية حماية للمجتمع ككل، داعية الجميع للإبلاغ عن أي شكاوى تتعلق بمخالفات سوق العمل والعمالة غير النظامية من خلال ملء الاستمارة الإلكترونية المخصصة للإبلاغ على الموقع الرسمي للهيئة www.lmra.gov.bh أو عبر النظام الوطني للمقترحات والشكاوى (تواصل)، أو الاتصال بمركز اتصال الهيئة على 17506055.
LMRA Conducts 3,152 Inspection Campaigns and Visits in August
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) announced the implementation of 3,152 inspection campaigns and visits, during the month of August 2026, which resulted in the detention of 77 violating and irregular workers, while 543 violators were deported as part of continuous efforts to maintain a fair, stable, and competitive labour market.
The inspection campaigns and visits also resulted in monitoring a number of violations related to the provisions of a number of regulating laws, especially the Labour Market Regulatory Authority and the Residency Laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting that legal measures were taken regarding the observed violations.
The Authority pointed out that 2,973 inspection visits were carried out on various shops in all governorates, in addition to 179 joint inspection campaigns, 93 campaigns in the Capital Governorate, 27 campaigns in the Muharraq Governorate, 27 campaigns in the Northern Governorate, and 32 campaigns in the Southern Governorate.
The government entities that participated in the campaigns are the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), the General Directorate of Crime Detection and Forensic Science, the Governorate’s respective Police Directorate, and the General Directorate of Civil Defense, as well as the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Municipalities Affair and Agriculture, the Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority and the Social Insurance Organization, the Electricity and Water Authority, and the National Health Regulatory Authority.
The Authority affirmed the continuation of joint coordination with government agencies to intensify inspection campaigns in all governorates of the Kingdom, and to address any violations or practices that negatively affect the stability and competitiveness of the labour market or harm economic, and social security of the Kingdom.
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority renewed its call on all members of the society to support the efforts of government agencies in addressing illegal labour practices, by reporting violations via the electronic form on the authority’s website www.lmra.gov.bh or by calling the authority's call centre on 17506055 or via the government’s Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
