1304th Ready Reserve “THE FORT” Infantry Battalion Officers and personnel reported for mustering despite the severe weather and floodings in various parts of Manila to ensure operational readiness for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response.

Rescue Equipments such as lifevests, helmets, rescue ropes and other essentials were prepared in case of deployment or assistance to local government units.

Mustering during adverse weather is critical for personnel accountability and asset assessment.

Your Army is always ready to Respond and Serve.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion conducts its regular weekly mustering.

Officers and personnel reported to our Battalion headquarters for our weekly mustering that started with our Salute to the Flag ceremony by singing our National Anthem, Prayers, Panunumpa sa Watawat at Bagong Pilipinas, 1304th Hymn and Pilipinas Kong Mahal

Battalion Ex-O LTC RAMP NIELSEN UY MNSA(PA)RES discussed the directives of what transpired during the Reserve Leaders Forum which was in line with the NCRRCDG 40th Anniversary. Awards and Commendation were given to personnel for their exemplary efforts and dedication for the performance of their duty.

Our personnel have shown time and again their commitment beyond the call of duty thru their sacrifice and service.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion joins the 1st NCR Reserve Force Leaders Forum titled “In Defense of the Capital:Reserve Force Mobilization in 21st Conflict”

Aug 22. 2026 Battalion Commander LTC XAVIER C CELESTIAL QMS(GSC)PA and Battalion Ex-O LTC RAMP NIELSEN UY (MNSA) PA (RES) attended the forum organized by NCRRCDG under Group Commander COL MARIA VICTORIA I BLANCAFLOR MNSA(ARM)PA in line with 40th NCRRCDG Founding Anniversary

The forum discussed the crucial role of Reservists played during World War Two and the Battle of Marawi. It also discussed how to prepare for the next crisis and be prepared before a crisis through a logistical point of view.

Attendees include LTGEN ROLANDO BAUTISTA PA(RET), GEN BARTOLOME BACARRO PA(RET), LTGEN GLENN PAJE PA(RET) and other commanders of Ready Reserve Units, ROTC Commanders and ROTC Cadets.

The activity also concluded with the RAATI Awarding Ceremony with Reserve Command Philippine Army Commander MGEN RONALD JESS S ALCUDIA PA as Guest of Honor and Speaker as they award the top Universities performance for their Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspections.

Aug 19 2026, as Manila continues to experience heavy rains and severe weather conditions, Officers and personnel continue to regularly report to our Battalion Headquarters for possible deployment and assistance if needed by Local Government units.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion troopers are trained on Water Search and Rescue, First Aid and Basic life support, skills which are vital during such occasion.

Our troopers dedication embodies commitment, sacrifice that put personal safety aside in order to serve the public and our community.
