I love you maa. Thank you for embracing us as a part of your identity and sorry for each time you had to let go of a fragment of your individuality to be our mother.

People say a mother is someone who gives birth, but you taught me that a real mother is someone who gives love. You may not have given me life, Mom, but you gave me a home within your heart.

I entered the global corporate workforce at a young age, stepping into environments where expectations were top-tier and tenurity was often viewed as the benchmark of capability. I was frequently the youngest in the room - navigating the dual demands of life responsibilities and professional commitments. There were phases of uncertainty, where I had to adjust quickly, absorb complex discussions, and contribute meaningfully. Rather than being discouraged by my age, I chose to focus on developing competence, grit, and adaptability.

I committed to continuous learning - listening intentionally, executing diligently, and showing up with purpose in every opportunity entrusted to me. Over time, I was given opportunities to take on leadership roles in sectors I had not initially envisioned for myself. Each opportunity became a platform not only to grow professionally, but to demonstrate that value is not bound by age, but by the ability to drive outputs consistently.

Leadership entails a broader mandate beyond results. It is embedded in service - creating impact that extends beyond an individual's feat. Service to humanity turned into a framework that brought meaning to my work, reminding me that success is most significant when it contributes to a cause greater than oneself.

Give me moments that have the feel of poetry; serene, radiant, and eternal. Let the laughing go on just a little longer, and let my dreams soar beneath your endless skies.

This year, it is all quiet. There is no noise, no colors, and nothing feels the same. It honestly feels like I left a part of myself there with you. I am trying to carry you in every breath, every memory.

I always try to lead with good intentions and to ensure my actions are not just self-motivated, but provoke a positive, social impact beyond self-interest. No one is perfect. Everyone has the capacity to make mistakes. And embracing, learning yet unlearning our humanness is central and paramount.

And one thing that I have learnt about myself across the years is that my sense of core values has been a magnet to pull me towards people and places, and even when it is uncomfortable and can cause tension, has presented me opportunities to respectfully challenge the status quo, to reimagine, to shake up power and call people in to make change. And that to me has not just been a life lesson, but a test within in each chapter and season of my life.

I once found amusement in people who chose to sit alone, distant from the chaos of the world and its artificial connections. I often wondered what could possibly be special about solitude or what the word "Alone" truly meant.

I used to question them, Are you okay? Are you mad? Why do you prefer being alone? But then life brought me to that very place. When it becomes my turn, loneliness and solitude begin to feel less like emptiness and more like a quiet comfort. That is when I understood the true essence of being alone. It is not merely isolation; it is the gentle definition of a silent soul.

A soul that chooses peace over noise, depth over distraction. It is the soul that embraces itself rather than seeking validation from others. Being alone doesn't mean loneliness; instead, it can be calm, clarity and self-discovery. It is about choosing yourself, finding peace within the pages of a book, learning something new each day, and nurturing your own well-being. In truth, prioritizing yourself and protecting your inner peace are far more valuable than losing yourself in others and allowing your mental tranquility to be disturbed.
