CEDA was founded in 2015 and is a non-governmental organisation which campaigns and advocates for child health, education, food security, health, social welfare, the environment and youth development exchange programmes. The organization operates in the areas of research, public sensitization, disseminating information, producing publications, training and making comments in the media about its wo

rk. It is active in child and mother welfare, combats child prostitution and promotes family planning programmes. They also provide urgently needed shelter for victims particularly children as well as psychological counselling.
