With energy, creativity, and homegrown ingredients, 150 youth and women farmers came together in a vibrant rural cooking competition â proving that healthy, diverse meals can start right at home.
Using their own farm produce like leafy greens, legumes, grains, and fruits, they prepared colorful, nutrient-rich dishes that wowed both the judges and the community. Beyond the competition, the event featured food safety sessions, cooking demos, and nutrition-themed drama â turning the day into a festival of learning and inspiration.
A community empowered, habits changed, and a growing movement of farmers leading the way toward better health through better food.
